In order to reach out to people with vision disabilities, or just for readers who would like to listen instead of reading, there is a great free plugin which will convert your blog posts to speeches. The free plugin is available for WordPress, Blogger & for Social Networking site Facebook & iGoogle.
The free online tool also lets you save your post as .mp3 files for other uses.
I have tried quite a few of text to speech converters with the idea of providing voice capability to my websites & blogs & found this free online tool to suit most of my needs.

- the speech window pops up with advertisements
- the voice window also shows a downloadable .mp3 file that anyone can save
- the voice tool can be configured for only one language at a time
- the conversion from the post text to speech is real time, so if the VozMe service is down for some reason, your readers will not be able to listen to the post
