I agree that Gallery is a fantastic piece of software. Another one that provides most of these same features, and many not included in Gallery, is Gallery Server Pro (www.galleryserverpro.com). It is also free and open source. It runs as an ASP.NET app and is targeted to people running on the MS platform.
