Nikon has released the free Nikon D700 upgrade of its Nikon Control Pro to version 2.2.0. This is a free upgrade & Camera Control Pro ver 2.0.0 or ver 2.1.0 must be installed before running this updater. Nikon has released this upgrade both for Windows & Apple Mac.
